Conditions for Returns

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item(s) must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been customized or made to your specific requirements.
Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, may deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiration date.
Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, especially if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not meet the above criteria, at our sole discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
