AMERICAN SHIELD film thickness to flexibility ratio is balanced, enabling the PPF to stretch around the most complicated curves, providing full protection whilst not putting too much tension on the film.
Due to this additional flexibility, AMERICAN SHIELD does not pull back at the edges, and is therefore able to use a lower tack/slower curing adhesive, and does not need any kind of primer.
AMERICAN SHIELD low initial tack enables the film to be re-positioned and even peeled back and replaced without leaving a glue line.
